CILAS delivered mirrors for the ASTRI mini Cherenkov Telescope Array

CILAS is proud to announce the successful delivery of several M2 mirrors for the ASTRI mini Cherenkov Telescope Array in Canarias, for INAF-Osservatorio Astronomico di Brera. 
Coating these mirrors was an exciting challenge, considering their 1,8m diameter and the severe operational environment.
These mirrors will eventually contribute to the scientific knowledge and understanding of cosmic rays in the TeV energy band, by helping perform deep observations of the galactic and extragalactic sky at these energies.
